I ended today with a mug of hot chocolate.

When I arrived home this afternoon it was -20 F (-29 C). Here I am plugging in my engine block heater. Brr.

The day began with a cup of coffee from my thermos and a stack of papers to grade. Ending or beginning the day, a hot drink will get you through winter in Alaska. Which reminds me, hot apple cider sounds good…
