We're moving tomorrow, and I'm dismantling the computer to remove the temptation to waste time playing around on the internet. In all likelihood it will be hooked back up tomorrow or Monday, when we situate ourselves in R's parents' basement. After all, I'll need something to do there. Be back soon.

We went to the Alaska Salmon Bake on Sunday night at Alaskaland (now known as Pioneer Park, though everyone knows it by its old name). The buses are to schlepp unsuspecting tourists to the things that qualify as tourist activities in Fairbanks– the Salmon Bake, the Riverboat Discovery– there isn't much. Some of the buses advertise "Robert Service Poetry." To torture tourists and keep them from coming back, I guess.
